Our Sponsorship Guidelines

Sponsorship amounts will be decided based on the type, purpose, and size of the event.
We are unable to fulfill sponsorship request within 2 weeks of the event or cause.
If a sponsorship request is approved, a check will be issued directly from the bank. Please allow 3-5 days to receive the check after you have been notified that your request has been approved.
Sponsorships are limited to one per patient currently in active treatment.
